Appeared as school was letting out and took all 6 kids, 5 which are autistic. No reason given.
2 hours later they were given back for suspicious bruising was normal bruising...except 8 yr old Zakh had a mental breakdown and they put him in mental hospitals for 2 1/2 yrs! Even though they were not certfied to treat autism, they lied and said he didn't have it.
Warner was such a micro managing person, you would swear you were in a communist country. He has no personality and a big CHIP on his shoulder for white people.
No understanding of autistic behaviors. Wouldn't allow one child to walk home from school (1 block) because he might run off or have a meltdown. Made Mom walk to school and get him.
He is known all over Arkansas for his anger at white people. He assumes we are all guilty of horrendous things.
