This caseworker has taken my 2 children from their mother and put them into foster care. She has lied in her paperwork and from the beginning others have thought that she has a personal vendetta against me. I have never known her and I have never been in trouble with the law.. I have done everything cps wanted from me and nothing has been good enough instead she wants more from me. My boyfriend and I have bent over backwards for over a year now and we are still no closer to getting my kids home. She has asked us what can cps do to show you we want you to have your kids and when we suggest something they say either no or she has to talk to her superior. She lied about us getting to transport my oldest to and from school if we were to get reliable transportation and insurance which we did by purchasing another car and insuring it. I have asked time and time again for more visits with my children but have not gotten anymore. for a year now I have only gotten 1 visit per week which is in the DHW building supervised. I would never harm my children they are my life and to be without them breaks my heart. CPS treats me like a criminal when I have done no wrong. They have told me and made me believe that my kids will not be coming home. My oldest has been told he is to be sent to Florida to his fathers of whom he has only met once, and if he is to run away will be jailed. My 2 year old has been kept from me and placed into foster care and hour from my 1st place of housing was, I have and own a home now and hour and 45 min. away from his foster home. I had been traveling to only see him at his developmental appointments until tight money situations arrived. I now have child support enforcement taking out 50% of my earnings which has made paying bills a problem. I have a trial court date next month, but in the meantime they have giving my 2 year old to his father for 30 day trial. A father who has had a year to get employment but has failed to. he has also been evaluated to having a lack of parenting behaviors to sufficiently parent successfully and he will need supervision. I have had 3 children but divorce and CPS only left me custody of 2 I have a financially stable home and room but not good enough. That is all for now you tell my your thoughts. thank you
